Transfer deed submission deadline
All pending ownership transfers for Q2 must have supporting deeds submitted to the responsible MEO or DOHS office by 30 June 2026.

Property tax rate enquiry period
Owners may enquire about fiscal year 2026–27 property tax rates at their MEO or DOHS office until 15 April 2026.
